What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique where the therapist guides you into a relaxed, trance-like state, at which point we can make changes at a subconscious level. Contrary to popular belief, you are not “asleep” or out of control in hypnosis; rather, you are exceptionally focused and aware, open to suggestions and change.

How Does it Work?

During hypnotherapy, the conscious mind steps aside, and we can speak to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind controls habits, emotions, and automatic responses.  Long-standing fears, beliefs, and mental patterns are deeply rooted in the subconscious mind. With gentle suggestion and visualisation, new ways of thinking can be embedded in the subconscious mind, making it easier for you to move forward.

What is PSYCH-K®?

PSYCH-K® is a unique method for changing beliefs in the subconscious mind. The method is not talk therapy, so you will not need to re-live trauma or describe all the problems in your life. We use specific postures, intention setting, and muscle testing to identify, change and shift limiting beliefs and the way your subconscious mind supports your goals.

PSYCH-K® creates the state of “Whole-Brain State,” which allows both sides of the brain to function at the same time. The whole-brain state is conducive to learning and reprogramming. In this state, the subconscious mind is better able to accept beliefs that are empowering to one’s desires.
