Losing Weight with the help of Hypnosis

Eating habits can be very difficult to break. The way we eat can be ingrained from childhood, leading to some people turning to food as a source of comfort. If you have tried and failed to change your eating habits in the past, you may want to look at your relationship with food and see if hypnotherapy can help.
For instance you may have had it drummed into you to never leave food on your plate, you may have been given treats when you were a child to cheer you up, you may associate food with love, maybe it’s simply a case of your portions being too big, or you eat the wrong type of food, or you just snack too much.
Hypnotherapy can give you that extra push to change your thought patterns and rekindle a positive relationship with food. Sessions would be tailored to your particular issues.
Three sessions are normally recommended.
